Titus

Are you behind? Way behind?

Listen, I have struggled to stay with it.  STRUGGLED!  But there is NO reason why you can’t say “I am going to read with them the last 2 weeks of 2020”.   Can you think of any reason?  Pick up your Bible and start where we are today.  We read Titus today.  It is 3 chapters.   Paul is in prison writing to a Gentile convert, names Titus who is on an island called Crete.  Paul is giving him some teaching tips for his churches (which are in their homes).  Over the next 12 days we are going to read:

1 Peter, Heb 1-6, Heb 7-10, Heb 11-13, 2 Timothy, 2 Peter; Jude, 1 John, 2/3 John, Rev 1-5, Rev 6-11, Rev 12-18, Rev 19-22

I will (god willing) put an overview out before you read the Peters, Hebrews, Jude, the Johns, and Revelation books the night before.

Pick up the bible

  1. I want to encourage everyone out there too. I am struggling too, there is so much in these scriptures; and I want to grasp hold of all of it. And I feel like some days, it is so hard and was I paying attention at all? What did I just read? So I want to comment but some days I just don’t know what to say. And some days I could just post the entire book it’s so good and so full of great inspiration and instruction. And Trish’s explanations and expositions, are so helpful! So, some days I encourage you to just post a smiley face, or “love it” for all of our encouragement, if you would. And don’t give up, even if you fall behind, I’m right there with you. It has been a challenging year. It’s good just to know you are out there. Praying for you brothers and sisters, even though I don’t know you. And Trish you really are wonderful at this!❤️❤️❤️

  2. Stopped 🛑 and read today. I needed this, it gave me some clarity for the upcoming year and goals I am going to make. Love you Szymanski,

    1. Oh, I would love to know what you are going to study! A few teens at a local church have asked for verse-by-verse of a book. I committed immediately in fear that if I didn’t, my Bible would get dusty again. They haven’t told me which book. (Actually, I have not met them yet). I am nervous and excited!
